How to keep it for weeks?
Cut greasy papers into squares of 15 cm side length.
Put a piece of paper on top of one burger then put another burger and repeat. Now pack them in a zip bag and keep them in your freezer for weeks.
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
6 tablespoons ketshup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
8 hamburger bunsProcedure
In a kitcher machine grind onion and beef.
Add flour, ketshup, mustard, salt and pepper and mix.
Add sour cream and mix again.
Shape it into large disks.
Now your burgers are ready for barbeque.
